What’s this button do?
We’re curious to know.
We’re just plain curious about all sorts of things.
Especially anything we’re passionate about or any problems we have.
Curiosity is powerful.
Curiosity gets people to click.
But, and it’s a big but, you mustn’t disappoint curiosity. That’s clickbait and it destroys your reputation on seconds.
You have to reward their curiosity.
Something valuable for the fact that they clicked.
That’s how you make a good first impression.
That’s how you start to build trust.
And once trust develops then, and only then, do they buy from you.
So now I’m curious.
How are you using curiosity in your marketing?
If not, why not?
