Do less marketing.
I mean it.
The push has been on to do more.
Be on every social platform.
Post every day. Or if you’re Gary V every 30 seconds.
But where does this actually get you?
For most people it drains the life out of them and they notice very little change to revenue and profit.
It’s because a scattergun approach never works.
Instead I advocate taking time to really think your marketing strategy through.
Who are you really after? Where can they be found? What’s the best way to get access to them? What problem is keeping them awake right now?
Do you need a ton of clients OR a smaller number of higher paying clients?
Once you can answer these questions then you are much better placed to create a marketing strategy that is less ‘life sapping’ and far more effective.
